In Kerala’s Al Farooque English school students have to wear different uniforms based on their performance according to The News Minute. There are two uniforms one is white and the other is a red-checked shirt. Apparently, the ‘good performing’ students are made to wear white uniform, while the ‘bad performing’ students are made to wear the red checked uniform. According to the school principal, this discrimination and shaming will encourage the ‘bad performing’ students to study well.

Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani on Friday reportedly launched 4G-enabled ‘Jio phone’ at the company’s 40th annual general meeting in Mumbai. Ambani, India’s richest man, reportedly said, “The Jio phone would be available for an effective price Rs 0.” While announcing that voice will always be free on the Jio phone, Ambani reportedly said, “Jio will give them access to unlimited data on the Jio phone.” However, Customers would be required to pay a refundable security deposit of Rs 1,500 for three years, “for security reasons”.

According to reports, a woman in Cambodia believes that a five-month-old calf is the reincarnation of her dead husband. The 74-year-old woman reportedly said up to 100 people a day visit her home to see the calf which, according to her, behaves very similar to her dead husband. The cow was born in March and has attracted a strong following on social media. A video reportedly shows the calf walking up stairs into the family’s one-story home.

Facebook on Wednesday added a new feature called ‘Groups for Pages’ that will allow Page admins to create special groups within their Pages to provide a channel of discussion among people and authorities on subjects of common interest. “We are making ‘Groups for Pages’ available around the world today. If you are an artist, a business, a brand, or a newspaper, you can now create fan clubs and groups centered around your super-fans,” said Chris Cox, Chief Product Officer, Facebook.
